All returns must be authorized in advance. Returned products must be in resalable condition. TPPI will not accept returns on installed parts, printed material, electrical items, stripe/decal kits, and special-order items; unless deemed defective. TPPI will not accept returns on modified parts or parts used for something other than their intended application/use.

Returns for Exchange or Credit:
Merchandise is non-returnable after 30 days from date of invoice. Printed materials, stripe/decal kits, gauges, wiring harnesses, switches, special order items and other various products are non-returnable. There is no guarantee on moving parts such as steering gear boxes, water pumps, wiper motors, etc. If any product returned is damaged, modified, altered, painted, installed or disassembled in any way without the expressed written permission of TPPI, the item is non-returnable. TPPI is also not responsible for any damage or discoloration incurred in relation to chemical products being used including cleaners, waxes, polishes, paints, etc. TPPI always recommends professional installation on all products. TPPI products are backed by a one-year manufacturer's warranty against factory defects and workmanship.
TPPI is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification, painting, or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances.
Please note if an item is returned for any other reasons besides being defective or we sent the wrong item as no fault of your own, you will be charged a 25% restock fee on the return. Any refused/returned orders will result in a credit of the contents minus any shipping fees associated with the return and are also subject to a 25% restock fee. Also note that dropship charges are not refundable.

Contact our customer service department at [email protected] for return authorization. This will enable us to expedite the return process for you by noting your account. Our customer service hours are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Central Standard time. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for reply. Once authorization is given please continue to the next steps.
We highly recommend using the original box to return your merchandise. However, if the original box is unavailable, use a strong corrugated box to avoid possible shipping damage. Add additional packing material to secure the item from movement inside the box. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice and tape the box closed. Any item that is not in the original packaging, or not in resalable condition is deemed non-returnable and will be returned at the wholesaler's expense.
This will enable us to expedite the return process for you. Return the goods to the address listed below.
Upon inspection of the return, you may be eligible for a reimbursement of your shipping costs if the merchandise is found to be defective or was sent incorrectly. Should you choose to use an outside mailing service, be advised that their fees are usually over and above standard ground freight rates. The distributor will only be reimbursed for the TPPI discounted ground rate based on the weight of the product. If a receipt is not included, TPPI will calculate the freight fee based on current ground rates.
