BATTERY CABLE INSULATOR & BRACKET ENGINE BLOCK. THE BATTERY CABLE PASSES THROUGH THE INSULATOR AND BRACKET AND ATTACHED TO THE SIDE OF THE MOTOR. ALL ORIGINAL GM BATTERIES CABLES CAME WITH THE INSULATOR INSTALLED, BUT THE NEW BATTERY CABLES DO NOT HAVE THE INSULATOR INSTALLED. YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE EYELET AT END OF CABLE TO SLIDE INSULATOR ON CABLE AND REINSTALLED THE EYELET.
