3/8" COIL SPRING SPACER GM # 3789664 - GOES BETWEEN THE FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARM AND SPRING. IT IS PERFECT TO LIFT THE FRONT END A LITTLE AND KEEP A FACTORY APPEARANCE. MOST CARS USE TWO, BUT SOME ONLY USE THIS SPACER ON ONE SIDE. GM USED THIS ON THE ASSEMBLY LINE TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE VEHICLE. THIS 3/8" SPACER IN MOST CASES WILL LIFT THE CAR UP FROM 3/4" TO 1 1/2"
