THE OVER THE COUNTER ESCUTCHEONS WERE CUT SO YOU COULD SLIDE IT OVER YOUR BELT WITHOUT REMOVING THE SEAT BELT FROM THE CAR. YOU CAN CUT A SLIT FOR INSTALLING WITHOUT REMOVING THE BELTS IF YOU CHOOSE.
